Adults only | Fee: $2,800-$3,600 (third-party billing may be available)
What’s Included:
- 1 hour intake meeting
- 2 hour developmental history and comprehensive interview (ADI-R)
- Questionnaires (self / partner / parent)
- 1 hour feedback interview
- Comprehensive report outlining findings and specific recommendations and strategies.
